Requesting a Payout From Your Account
When you're ready to move money out, the withdrawal flow mirrors how you deposited — same cashier screen, same wallet options. Select PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ as your payout destination. If your account verification is complete, your withdrawal request goes into the processing queue without additional document checks. Unverified accounts will be prompted to complete identity verification before a payout can proceed
— completing that step once removes the prompt from every future withdrawal. We don't promise a specific processing window because that varies by payment rail and your bank, but wallet-to-wallet payouts through PayPal and Venmo move faster than wire-based methods in our experience.
- Open cashier and choose withdrawal — Navigate to the cashier from your account menu and select the withdrawal tab. It's the same screen you used to deposit.
- Choose your payout wallet — Pick PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ as the destination. The account linked to your last deposit defaults first — swap it if needed.
- Enter amount and confirm — Type your requested payout amount. If the amount is within your available balance and your account is verified, the request submits immediately.
- Track withdrawal status — Check the transaction history tab in your account for a live status update. Wallet payouts appear as pending until the payment rail confirms receipt.
